Ellis Island (15 images)
In 1990, the Ellis Island Immigration Museum opened on the island's north side. However, some thirty buildings on the south side remain un-restored. The Ellis Island South HDR Project is a personal essay shot with fellow photographer Tony Sweet. Because of the fragile nature of the location, most images were captured using High Definition Range (HDR) photography.
